1. What is the name of the hammer most commonly used in Automotive engineering? ball pein or engineers hammer. 2. What would you typically use one for? for flattening peining a rivet 3. Why would you use a soft faced hammer? because a steal hammer might damage lighter metal where a soft head hammer wont 4. What type of hammer would you use to give a really strong blow to a chisel? Lump hammer 5. What would you use a mallet for in Automotive Engineering? for tapping things into place without damaging it 6. When would you use a dead blow hammer? when you dont want the hammer to rebound 7. What can cause a hacksaw blade to clog? if the pitch is to fine to many teeth it will clog up and stop cutting 8. What can happen if the blade is too coarse for the job it is intended for? the saw teeth could be striped off 9. What should you do before and after using a hacksaw? the tension of the blade should be loosened

2 weeks ago we started to take apart a single head engine we striped it down compleatly and learned how all the parts work and what they do. then we started to put it back together properly making sure no parts were missing
